Role Overview
- Own Portfolio Performance
- Drive Net Dollar Retention across accounts
- Expand existing client relationships
- Identify opportunities for deeper account penetration
- Forecast hiring demand across your portfolio
- Monitor account health and identify risks early
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations with clients
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for your client portfolio
- Conduct quarterly client reviews
- Align hiring roadmaps with client budgets and priorities
- Manage 2–3 Account Managers (Hiring Experts) who run intake calls and manage hiring coordination
- Set performance expectations and review account health weekly
- Coach team members on complex client situations and step in during escalations.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years in staffing or recruiting agency environments
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proven ability to grow client relationships over time
- Strong commercial mindset and business judgment
- Experience leading client-facing team members.
