Adhere to defined sales processes and methodologies, including lead and opportunities management, SLA compliance, sales qualification.
Maintain the highest level of data integrity by accurately recording interactions, engagement statuses, and other relevant details in our CRM.
Act as a power user of sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Highspot to efficiently manage leads and opportunities.
Gather key insights, trends, and win/loss reasons, and feedback this intelligence to Revenue Operations to leverage it.
Utilize RevOps insights to prioritize outreach efforts and follow-up activities, ensuring maximum impact.
Requirements
Native or equivalent proficiency in Italian preferred, with a high level of English fluency.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Prior experience in a BDR or similar sales role with a demonstrable track-record of achieving targets, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems (especially Salesforce).
Proficiency with sales tools such as Outreach, Zoominfo, and Highspot.
