About this role
Role Overview
Manage end-to-end recruiting for multiple departments and levels in North America.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job postings.
Source candidates creatively
from networking and referrals to targeted outreach.
Screen and interview candidates, ensuring every interaction is professional, timely, and engaging.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
Extend offers and guide candidates through the decision process.
Lead smooth, welcoming onboarding experiences for new hires.
Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, policy administration, and benefits coordination.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in organizing training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, programs, and procedures.
Partner with managers and the HRBP to address employee concerns in a fair, consistent, and timely manner.
Jump in and help wherever you’re needed
we’re a collaborative team, and sometimes that means pitching in on projects outside your usual scope.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
2–4+ years of combined experience in recruiting and HR generalist functions.
Proven success hiring for a variety of roles across departments and levels.
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and employees.
Working knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
