Role Overview
- Identify older properties for sale in your area
- Contact and meet sellers and organize property viewings
- Understand the actual needs of property owners selling
- Value properties with the support of our commercial team
- Conduct expert on-site inspections
- Offer support for the sale or an immediate purchase option
- Review legal documentation related to the property
- Negotiate the principal terms of the transaction
- Coordinate photo shoots and the drafting of listings
- Conduct viewings with prospective buyers
- Verify the solvency of potential buyers
- Provide regular reports to property sellers
- Coordinate the signing of deeds
Requirements
- Passionate about real estate
- Motivated to participate in our property trading activity (buy-to-resell)
