Role Overview
- Identify resale properties for sale in your territory
- Contact and meet sellers, and arrange property viewings
- Negotiate the main terms of the transaction with property owners/sellers
- Coordinate execution of deeds with support from our in-house notary clerk
- Offer sales support or an immediate-purchase option
Requirements
- Passion for real estate
- Sales experience or a background in real estate is a plus
- Ability to negotiate the principal terms of a transaction
- Understanding of sellers' needs
- Capability to perform property valuations/estimations
