Role Overview
- Identify existing/resale properties for sale in your area
- Contact and meet sellers and arrange viewings of properties for sale
- Estimate the property’s value with the help of our sales and technical team
- Conduct expert property assessments
- Negotiate the main terms of the transaction
- Coordinate photo shoots and the drafting of property listings
- Conduct viewings with potential buyers
Requirements
- Passionate about real estate
- Motivated to participate in property trading (buy-and-resell) activities
- Identify existing/resale properties for sale in your area
- Understand the genuine needs of property owners selling their homes
