Role Overview
- Take full ownership of assigned company projects from initial scoping through to delivery
- Lead, organise, and develop a team; set direction, remove blockers, and keep momentum high
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in projects
- Maintain clear, concise documentation and status communication
- Ensure every project closes with measurable results, a retrospective, and transferable learnings
