Assisting with administrative tasks across recruitment processes
Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Booking and coordinating initial recruitment meetings, including communication with candidates and hiring managers
Ensuring a consistently strong and professional candidate experience
Supporting the tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics and data
Participating in employer branding activities
Providing ad hoc support across the broader People Team
Requirements
Currently in the final years of your bachelor’s degree or in the first year of your master’s within HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a similar field
Self-driven with a strong desire to learn and develop your professional skills
Structured, detail-oriented, and known for your “can-do” mindset and positive energy
Comfortable working in digital systems and handling confidential information with care
Thrive in a dynamic, international growth environment where no two days are the same
Fluent in both Danish and English
