About this role
Role Overview
Manage payroll processes and support employees with payroll-related queries, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
Oversee HR administrative activities, including employee records, contract management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Support compensation and benefits administration, including benefits management, salary review preparation, and benchmarking activities.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards, monitor key HR indicators, and provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making.
Provide operational support for recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
Contribute to onboarding activities and support broader HR initiatives such as training administration, audits, culture and engagement initiatives, and HR process improvement projects.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Approximately 5 years of experience in payroll or HR generalist roles.
Experience with ERP Primavera (mandatory).
Experience with time management software (ELO is a plus).
Experience with compensation and benefits processes and HR reporting or analytics (preferred).
Previous exposure to recruitment processes is a plus.
Business-level English proficiency (minimum B2) and fluency in Portuguese.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
