About this role
Role Overview
- Manage the construction of photovoltaic plants from preliminary on-site works through to asset commissioning.
- Coordinate and supervise other Construction Project Managers.
- Planning, contract management, internal and external stakeholder management, risk analysis, financial control, and coordination of construction activities.
- Monitor and report weekly on project progress and project controls.
- Ensure correct application of internal processes and the quality of construction activities.
- Ensure contractors fulfill contractual commitments through weekly reports, follow-up actions, and site visits.
- Ensure compliance with budgets, quality control plans, and project timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a construction role within the renewable energy sector.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Project management experience applied to the construction of photovoltaic projects.
- KPI management.
- Quality control.
- IT skills: AutoCAD, Monday, MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously; proactive, organized, structured, methodical and pragmatic, with strong communication skills to engage different stakeholders.
