Analyze grid connection procedures and maintain technical and regulatory watch in France and internationally
Act as the primary contact with grid/network operators
Actively participate in the various stages of photovoltaic and storage projects
Develop grid connection strategies for plants in development (solutions/costs/timelines)
Support business development on project securing and definition of connection assumptions
Optimize connection solutions in coordination with contractors and grid operators (costs, timelines, technical options)
Prepare and follow up on connection procedures in collaboration with project engineers and construction project managers
Develop innovative solutions (alternative connection offers, power-modulation solutions)
Provide technical and methodological support and expertise to project engineers for plant design
Monitor the evolution of regional connection schemes and their impact on projects
Serve as the technical reference point for external and internal stakeholders during the different project phases.

Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in General or Electrical Engineering
Proven initial experience in grid connection
Strong knowledge of electrical network architecture (generation/transmission/distribution)
Experience with integration of distributed generation
Proficiency in QGIS is mandatory
Fluent English (regular use)
Curiosity and autonomy; self-starter
Good adaptability
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and experience in project management, project monitoring and high-voltage (HV) substations
Valid driving licence (Category B) required.

Permanent contract (CDI) — executive status — 218 working days/year
Base salary to be defined according to your profile + performance bonus (equivalent to 1 month’s salary)
