Reporting to the Head of the Agricultural Division, the Agricultural Pre-Construction Project Manager primarily intervenes after obtaining the building permits (PC) for our agrivoltaic installations and up to the commissioning of these installations.
They are responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of the agricultural measures decided before obtaining the building permits.
They will also be in charge of regulatory monitoring related to agrivoltaic projects.
They work in interaction with all internal departments involved in the construction and commissioning of these installations.
On pre-construction matters:
Upstream of the Pre-Construction phase, at the request of the Agricultural Project Leads (CDP Agri), ensure the agricultural feasibility of the building permit application from technical, legal and economic perspectives (special designs, agricultural buildings, water connections, etc.);
After obtaining the building permits, ensure smooth information flow on agricultural aspects between Photosol’s departments, and in particular ensure compliance with the agricultural commitments made to the farm operator and the local area;
Manage the execution of the decided agricultural works (watering points, water connections, building construction, etc.);
From permit approval until commissioning, liaise with farmers and ensure proper management of the farmer’s arrival schedule on site. Ensure an effective handover of information to Photom Services, the subsidiary responsible for operations and maintenance;
Monitor agricultural measures carried out during construction (technical and budgetary monitoring) and ensure suitable entry conditions for the farmer;
Support the Legal team during the final phase of securing the farming operator.
On monitoring and control of installations:
Implement and monitor collective agricultural compensation measures and agricultural support measures;
Implement agricultural monitoring and regulatory control measures;
Consolidate agricultural lessons learned (REX) during construction and operation phases and communicate them to the dedicated internal teams.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in agronomy/agriculture;
First experience in similar missions/roles desirable;
Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
Good communication skills;
Autonomy and strong writing skills.
