Assist project managers in the consultation and selection of specialized consultancies for environmental and technical studies (ecology, landscape, acoustics, etc.);
Support project managers in various local procedures and administrative processes;
Assist in the preparation of building permit application dossiers;
Work with project managers to follow up on files during the review phase and support them in preparing responses to requests for additional information and in conducting public inquiries;
Support the preparation of bid submissions for CRE tenders;
Participate in cross-functional assignments involving data analysis or the creation of tools related to project development.
Requirements
You are enrolled in a Master's-level program (equivalent to Bac+5) in an engineering school, business school, or a specialized master's in renewable energy, urban planning, territorial development, Sustainable Development, or political science (Sciences Po), and are seeking an internship as part of your curriculum.
You are familiar with or willing to improve your skills with industry tools (GIS mapping; CAD; optionally PVSyst) and with urban planning regulations.
Driving license (Category B) required as travel by car is expected.
