Collaboration with internal teams: You work closely with marketing, professional services, pre-sales and product teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Meeting and exceeding targets: You set ambitious goals and demonstrate the perseverance needed to reach or surpass them.
Key account retention: You build trusted relationships with your clients, identify new opportunities and ensure their satisfaction to foster loyalty.
CRM usage: You use Salesforce to track your deals and forecasts, ensuring clear and accurate visibility of your performance.
Requirements
3–5 years' experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in HR Tech.
Expertise in consultative selling: You excel at identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
Proven results: You have a track record of consistently exceeding targets and are motivated by this momentum.
Communication skills: Comfortable both verbally and in writing, you can confidently deliver formal presentations and negotiate.
Autonomy and team spirit: You can work independently while actively contributing to team collaboration.
Languages: Fluent in French and English. Proficiency in a third language is a plus.
