About this role
Role Overview
Assist in the management and operation of the customer database (CRM)
Contribute to customer segmentation and profile analysis
Assist in the design and deployment of loyalty campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail)
Monitor CRM KPIs (retention rate, lifetime value, open rates, etc.)
Support the management and development of the loyalty program
Help optimize customer journeys and automated engagement scenarios
Update CRM tools and monitoring dashboards
Stay informed about CRM best practices and loyalty trends
Surface customer insights to inform marketing and commercial strategy
Proactively propose improvements to increase customer engagement, personalization, and loyalty program performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s to Master’s level (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in marketing, business, customer relations, CRM or management
Interest in data, analytics and customer relations
Comfortable with CRM tools and databases
Rigorous, methodical and results-oriented
Strong customer focus and attention to personalization
Curious with an understanding of purchasing behavior
Comfortable working in data-driven, performance-oriented environments
Prior experience in CRM, relationship marketing, loyalty, email marketing, or data analysis is a plus (internship, work-study, academic project)
