Participate in defining, planning and monitoring commercial projects
Help coordinate the teams involved (sales, marketing, sales administration, management)
Assist in drafting briefs, specifications and project timelines
Ensure the operational follow-up of projects and respect for deadlines
Contribute to analyzing results and preparing project reports
Participate in implementing new tools, processes or commercial offers
Update project tracking dashboards
Provide information flow and reporting to commercial management
Contribute to monitoring best practices in commercial project management
Proactively propose improvements to project organization, process efficiency and sales performance
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (equivalent to Bac+3) to Master's (equivalent to Bac+5) program in commerce, management, project management or business development
Strong organizational skills and ability to structure projects
Comfortable coordinating and working cross-functionally
Detail-oriented, methodical and results-driven
Good written and verbal communication skills
Autonomous, proactive and able to manage priorities
Prior experience in project management, sales, coordination or organizational roles (internship, work-study, volunteering) is a plus
