About this role
Role Overview
Participate in the design and planning of events (trade shows, seminars, evening receptions, product launches)
Contribute to drafting briefs, specifications and project timelines
Coordinate external suppliers (caterers, venues, technical teams, logistics)
Assist with the management of event budgets
Ensure logistical and operational follow-up on the day of the event
Support event communications (invitations, social media, press relations)
Take part in post-event evaluation (reports, participant feedback, ROI)
Update project management tools and dashboards
Monitor event trends and new formats
Propose improvements to enhance the event experience, participant satisfaction and brand visibility
Requirements
Enrolled in a 2
to 5-year higher education program (equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5) in marketing, communications, events management, business or management
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations
Creative, responsive and detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to bring together diverse stakeholders
Rigorous with regard to deadlines and budgets
Comfortable with project management and coordination
Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
