Own end-to-end project delivery for 1–3 concurrent projects; ensure on-time, on-budget, on-scope execution.
Conduct hands-on requirements gathering activities, including the elicitation of requirements and their documentation in the form of user stories.
Map existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
Build and maintain weekly status reports, RAID logs, change control artifacts, steering committee and executive readouts.
Ensure adherence to the definition of Ready/Done, quality gates, release readiness, and successful cutovers/hypercare.
Align business and technical stakeholders; drive decision logs and acceptance criteria.
Identify expansion opportunities with account teams and architects; build long-term partnerships.
Drive the lifecycle using practical Agile techniques based on Scrum/Kanban.
Partner with stakeholders to define business processes, integration needs, and opportunities to innovate and automate using BIG technologies.
Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog prioritization, feedback, and clarifications.
Present product increments during sprint demos; clearly articulate delivered capabilities.
Drive technology adoption and client self-sufficiency; foster widespread use of AI driven methods within the project delivery cycle.
Manage scope and pursue change orders; ensure timely approvals and invoicing hygiene.
Support pre-sales (estimation, delivery approach, risk posture) and contribute to proposals/SOWs.
Act as a client-facing liaison to support solution adoption and resolve any roadblocks.
Requirements
5 to 9 years in consulting/IT delivery, including 3–5+ years managing multiple projects.
Proven track record delivering projects based on SaaS platforms such as: Boomi, MuleSoft, Appian, Pega, Creatio, Databricks, or adjacent cloud solutions.
Strong client leadership, executive communication, and conflict resolution skills.
