About this role
Role Overview
Build and manage a sales pipeline for target verticals, keeping CRM updated and ensuring clear next steps for each opportunity.
Develop and maintain relationships with merchants, understand their needs, and present relevant solutions.
Run the sales cycle: discovery, product presentation, commercial proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Coordinate internal stakeholders (Product, Risk/Compliance, Legal, Operations) to move deals forward and support onboarding handover.
Research prospects and keep an eye on competitor positioning and market signals; share key insights with the team.
Contribute to improving sales materials and internal best practices (templates, pitch decks, FAQs) through practical feedback from live deals.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales in Fintech/Payments/Gateway/PSP (or closely related industries).
Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in running calls and writing structured follow-ups.
Solid negotiation skills within defined commercial frameworks.
Ability to build professional, long-term relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
Fluency in English.
