Sales Manager – Field Sales

Role Overview

• You are primarily responsible for acquiring, retaining and strategically developing our business clients
• From the first telephone contact through to contract signing, you are the sales contact for your clients
• In close collaboration and ongoing exchange with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the success of our team
• You contribute your ideas and know‑how to cross‑site and cross‑functional projects at headquarters and actively help shape the future of our company

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of experience in sales of services within the DGUV environment or in the field of technical services
• Willingness to travel regionally
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, an independent working style, and a friendly, confident manner
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Driver’s license (Class B)
