About this role
Role Overview
Manage and optimize in-app monetization mechanisms to maximize revenue contribution.
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Analyze user behavior and campaign performance data to generate actionable insights for growth, retention, and monetization.
Support user acquisition and growth initiatives by providing performance analysis for influencer and digital marketing campaigns.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of monetization and CRM execution; continuously improve related processes and documentation.
Provide guidance, feedback, and quality review for junior team members’ outputs.
Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and Digital Marketing teams on optimization initiatives and feature enhancements.
Requirements
Proven experience working on mobile apps
Hands-on familiarity with key tools and systems used by growth teams, including Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Airbridge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
