Lead and manage IT projects throughout all phases of the SDLC
Develop and maintain project documentation including entrance criteria, project plans, and closing documents
Create and manage project schedules and budgets
Present project proposals and updates to stakeholders
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings using collaboration tools like MS Teams and Webex
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Drive project success by ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met
Foster team collaboration, accountability, and performance through strong leadership
Apply change management practices to adapt to evolving business and IT needs.

3–5 years of experience managing IT projects across diverse environments
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
PMP certification
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Teams, Webex, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strength in risk management, problem-solving, and critical thinking
High emotional intelligence (EQ)
Adaptability in fast-changing IT environments.
