Create and maintain all interview materials with a focus on quality to support both managers and candidates.
Supporting the onboarding process to enable a smooth transition from candidate to new starter.
Assist in tracking and analysing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Lead internal mobility activities, overseeing promotions and role changes through end-to-end processes including role advertisement, screening, interviews, and offer management.
Partner with and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies as required.
Support the Assistant Director –Skills and Quality with all internal and external L&D activities, this includes scheduling courses, liaising with trainers, internal communication to promote courses, preparing materials, and delivering training (including in-person and online facilitation).
Requirements
Demonstrable experience of delivering a range of generalist HR activities, including Talent Acquisition and People activities, within previous HR/People Advisor roles.
Proven experience or a keen interest in Learning & Development.
CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent relevant experience, demonstrating a good understanding of HR practice and employment legislation.
Attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask, and ability to prioritise own workload.
A positive, proactive approach, with experience in recommending solutions and improvements to key internal challenges.
An understanding and proven experience of a strong customer service and trusted advisor / relationship building approach, including supporting external and internal candidates, managers at all levels of the business, and other stakeholders.
Demonstrable experience of using HR systems and analysing data, e.g. HRIS, ATS, Learning Management Systems, Survey Tools.
Good personal resilience with an ability to quickly problem solve.
