Role Overview
- Advise on a wide range of complex matters, including wills and succession, inheritance tax, trusts, and probate
- Manage a varied caseload, meeting with clients to understand their needs and progressing matters efficiently
- Draft tailored documentation and liaise with other stakeholders
- Ensure accurate case management and compliance with SRA and Firm standards
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to the team's professional growth
- Support the development and reputation of the Firm through external involvement in professional organisations
Requirements
- NQ Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Ability to always exercise discretion and professionalism
- Work diligently and in good faith within the general working practices required of a qualified solicitor
- Ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships within all aspects of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team, whilst being able to work efficiently on own initiative
