Provide day-to-day engineering support for the business unit
Create, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve process and product improvements
Provide technical assistance when technical and/or quality problems arise in production/experimental runs
Manage assigned process/manufacturing optimization projects by creating documentation, writing up results and making recommendations
Support the monitoring and maintenance of equipment and processes
Train, mentor and coach team members

High School Diploma or equivalent
4+ years of engineering or technical experience
Experience in continuous improvement, problem solving experience, and/or experience with Six Sigma and Lean tools
Hands-on material testing experience
