Oversee daily operations of virtual and hybrid meeting platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Zoom for Government, and conference room A/V systems.
Schedule, test, and execute high-visibility meetings and large-scale events, including after-hours support as needed.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve platform issues and support system administration activities.
Maintain and update ServiceNow knowledge base articles related to supported meeting platforms.
Ensure readiness, functionality, and reliability of conference room A/V equipment, including Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, displays, microphones, and cameras.
Monitor and report equipment status, risks, and issues to leadership.
Support and track SLA compliance related to virtual meeting performance, response times, and availability metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, AV/Telecommunications, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing enterprise virtual meeting platforms in a federal or large enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams (including Teams Phone), Zoom for Government, and hybrid/conference room A/V systems.
Experience supporting high-visibility meetings and troubleshooting real-time collaboration issues.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Active Public Trust Tier clearance (or ability to obtain).
