Role Overview
- Manage and lead KYC operations
- Perform program management of existing Business As Usual (BAU)/Refresh process
- Provide people management and development responsibilities
- Liaise with Compliance department and senior management
- Oversee new client onboarding
- Provide Management Information System (MIS) reporting
- Monitor account refresh activity daily
- Perform quality reviews on new client and refresh cases
- Maintain 'Book of Work' for new system releases
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
