The Director of Virtual Care Delivery is responsible for the oversight and management of clinical care across our virtual care organization.
This leader will supervise a multidisciplinary care team, ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care, recruit and manage a high performance team, and lead the implementation of evidence-based clinical protocols across programs.
Focus on clinical team performance, care delivery standards, supervision of clinicians, patient outcomes, and operational excellence.
Ensure our services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with evidence-based lifestyle medicine practices.

Advanced clinical degree (e.g., NP, PA, RD, RN, LCSW, or equivalent) with active U.S. licensure.
10+ years of clinical experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
Experience overseeing multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Experience leading and scaling clinical operations in digital health, telehealth, or virtual care organizations.
Experience with GI and/or metabolic conditions a plus
Demonstrates a willingness to go above and beyond normal responsibilities to provide the best care possible
Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in lifestyle medicine, preventive health, chronic disease management, or population health
Experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong personal computing skills
