Collaborate internally with product, marketing, and management team to strategize ideas and develop Go-To-Market plans.
Responsible for the day-to-day sales operations and administration tasks.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Stay informed about emerging markets and industry shifts while monitoring new products and competitor status.
Execute sales and business development activities that are part of the Go To Market strategy of the group.
Monitor and report on sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and sales revenue.
Attending industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company's services and identify new leads.
Requirements
BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Up to 3 years of working experience in B2B enterprise, SaaS or technology sales is preferable.
Demonstrated appetite for new business development, with the drive to proactively seek, approach, and engage new prospects.
Comfortable with outbound sales activities – including cold outreach, prospecting, and initiating conversations with potential clients.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to conduct market research, develop and maintain strong relationships with leads, prospects and existing clients.
Feeling comfortable working with sales targets.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
Self-motivated with a desire to exceed targets.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to meet deadlines with a proactive, can-do approach.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Technical knowledge of software development, cloud computing, and related technologies would be an asset.
