LeadVenture is a growing SaaS provider seeking a driven Upsell Business Development Representative to support their Dealer Spike brand. The role involves building relationships with dealers, identifying upsell opportunities, and managing the sales process to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Full Sales Cycle Management

Requirements:
- 2+ years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience
- Experience working in a CRM or specifically in Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
- Lead generation/cold calling experience
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of to a Territory Manager
- Able to excel in a high-volume work environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners
- Associates degree
- Experience with Digital Marketing products: SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc
