Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio of of SaaS customers in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, chemical manufacturing) with a focus on upselling and account expansion.
Building meaningful and long-term relationship with your customer base.
Create strategic development plans with a long-term vision for your portfolio.
Active outreach to new sites , users and key stakeholder within your existing accounts.
Partner closely with Customer Success, Implementation Consultants, and Product teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction
Support software demonstrations and value-based discussions tailored to manufacturing and GxP environments
Lead contract renewals, ensuring timely closure and revenue retention.
Support accurate invoicing in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand into new sites, plants, or business units
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Experience in selling into industrial, pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated environments
Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or comparable CRM tools).
Proven track managing accounts and building long term relationships.
Excellent communication, active listening, organizational, and time-management skills.
Results-driven, integrity-led team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
Understanding of plant operations, shift work or production workflows
