- Needs analysis & qualification: identifying pain points, decision-making logic, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Native German speaker (C2)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Structured working style using Confluence and Jira
- Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in a tech or health environment (advantageous, not required)
