You handle customer inquiries and support your customers from first contact through to contract signing
You actively acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
You monitor market trends and provide valuable input to optimise our processes
You work closely with our Technical, Project Planning and Internal Sales departments to meet customer expectations as effectively as possible
Requirements
Completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), ideally with further qualifications as a technician or master craftsman, or a commercial vocational qualification or equivalent
At least two years of experience in field sales
A high willingness to travel is a matter of course for you
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho)
Ideally experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Zoho, etc.)
Passionate about technology and ideally already experienced with products in the e-mobility sector
Communicative and able to convince executives (C-level) as a persistent but personable interlocutor
