You are responsible for our operational HR processes, from contract and onboarding matters to review processes, and contribute your own ideas to continuously improve them.
You take charge of recruiting our trainees: you determine how to attract suitable talent, design the recruiting process, and recognize candidates’ potential during interviews.
You are the first point of contact for all colleagues, sense team moods, and develop solutions together.
You manage our review and feedback conversations, keep track of dates and content, and ensure they take place regularly.
You support the planning and execution of employee events that bring our team spirit to life.
Requirements
You have experience in the areas mentioned above – particularly in recruiting – and are familiar with the procedures and issues involved.
Employee retention is important to you – you ensure colleagues feel supported and that topics are actively addressed.
You effortlessly juggle multiple tasks at once, work in a structured way, prioritize smartly, and maintain an overview even in stressful moments.
You enjoy processes and tools (e.g., Personio) and are eager to continuously optimize workflows.
