You are our HR team and the sole point of contact for all HR matters within the company, with a direct line to the leadership team.
Your role includes both strategic support for our leadership team and responsibility for all operational and administrative HR processes, giving you significant scope to shape processes and make decisions.
You ensure smooth workflows at all levels across the entire employee lifecycle from A to Z — whether for onboarding & offboarding, contract management, salary reviews, personnel measures, organizational changes or our benefits — and you always keep track of deadlines.
In close cooperation with our external payroll provider you ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
In close alignment with the hiring manager, you create and post job adverts, support interview processes, manage the entire applicant lifecycle and ensure our communication is always respectful, structured, reliable and prompt.
You maintain our monthly reporting and work closely with our CFO on headcount, forecast and budget planning and the year-end closing.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on day-to-day operational HR and direct employee contact, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage end-to-end HR processes and to guide complex HR workflows from start to finish, with an openness and initiative to optimize processes.
Strong HR expertise with solid knowledge of labor law and social security law, and a desire to keep this knowledge up to date.
Structured and independent way of working, a pragmatic approach and the ability to set priorities effectively.
Strong communication and advisory skills, allowing you to communicate clearly, respectfully and appropriately with team members and managers.
You are highly trustworthy, approachable, discreet and enjoy being perceived as a point of contact.
