Active sourcing: Proactively engage in talent acquisition by reaching out to potential candidates and exciting them about our company. Use your network and digital platforms to not only find talent but also convince them to pursue a career with us.
Writing job postings: Craft compelling and informative job advertisements that accurately describe the role while reflecting our company’s culture and values. Your goal is to attract the right applicants and strengthen our employer brand.
Conducting interviews: Confidently guide candidates through the selection process from the first contact to the final interview. You identify potential, assess competencies, and make well-founded evaluations—always with an eye on the perfect fit between candidate and company.

Strong communication skills: You are able to communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally. Your ability to present complex information in an understandable way is essential for effective collaboration within the team and with external partners.
