Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized actuarial roles across pricing, reserving, forecasting, underwriting, and medical economics functions
Serve as a strategic recruiting advisor to actuarial and finance leaders
Influence business partners using data and market expertise
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand business priorities and talent needs
Develop and maintain diverse pipelines for actuarial and finance roles
Own full-cycle recruiting ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Requirements
5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Demonstrated experience advising and influencing business leaders, driving alignment, and presenting data-based recommendations
Experience using progressive recruiting techniques, including direct sourcing of passive candidates, competitive intelligence, and advanced Internet/social media recruiting
Actuarial recruitment experience preferred
Experience recruiting for highly specialized, credential-driven roles (e.g., actuarial, quantitative analytics, or finance)
Experience preparing and presenting recruiting reports to leadership
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and ways of working
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience) required.
