About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio within the assigned sales territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with retail partners.
Advise customers on product assortment and support them in optimizing their sales performance.
Implement sell-through initiatives and point-of-sale activities to drive partner success.
Present product collections at trade fairs, customer meetings, showrooms, and digital platforms.
Ensure an excellent buying experience for wholesale partners.
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and relationship management.
Analyze market and customer data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic development.
Track and report key sales KPIs and market insights.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
Experience in field sales, ideally in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, independent working style.
Passion for premium products and strong customer focus.
Confident use of digital tools for customer management and presentations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Product and material awareness.
Ability to ensure high customer satisfaction.
