Identification, development, and closing of projects in the C&I segment (PV + optional BESS)
Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets
Responsibility for revenue, pipeline, and forecast at account and regional levels
Management and expansion of strategic customers (EPCs, installers, project developers, distributors)
Development of long-term partnerships across multiple stakeholder levels
Contract negotiations and commercial responsibility for projects
Positioning of inverter solutions within the context of entire PV systems
Support for system design and economic assessments (LCOE, ROI)
Close collaboration with Technical Sales / Engineering
Analysis of market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments
Derivation of concrete measures for market positioning
Feedback to Product Management and HQ
Interface between customers, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations
Support for go-to-market strategies and product launches
Requirements
Several years of experience (>5 years) in sales of PV inverters, BESS, or comparable energy solutions
Proven track record in building and closing projects in the C&I segment
Strong network in the solar industry (EPCs, developers, distributors)
Solid technical understanding of PV systems and their economic viability
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-responsibility, and results orientation
Fluent in German and English
