About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and ongoing follow-up;
Understand clients' needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions;
Prospect new leads/clients when necessary, qualify them, and add them to the client base;
Present products/services, negotiate, and close deals;
Handle post-sale activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and support, and seeking upsell or renewal opportunities;
Keep interaction records, contracts, and data updated in the CRM.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, customer service, account management, or similar commercial roles;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communication, or related fields;
Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and CRM usage;
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
Organized, with planning ability, time management skills, and a results-oriented mindset;
Proactive, customer-oriented profile with the ability to work with targets and KPIs;
Preferred qualifications
Experience in the solar energy sector;
Experience managing an active client portfolio or a track record of retention and upselling;
Experience in consultative sales or B2B;
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and data analysis.
