Supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
Serves as a trusted resource for teammates and leaders.
Supports benefits administration, teammate engagement and development, recruitment, attendance and time management, production bonus administration, and teammate relations.
Monitors time and attendance, ensuring accuracy across locations.
Processes new hire benefit paperwork, open enrollment, and communicates benefits to new teammates.
Oversees production bonus file and resolves discrepancies.
Requirements
Associate’s degree or two years of equivalent work experience in a Human Resources or related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility.
Experience with Excel-based reporting or data tracking tools.
Prior experience coordinating HR compliance processes such as attendance tracking or policy documentation.
