Achieve an assigned monthly and quarterly sales quota from Epic Trips sales
Hunting/Prospecting/Pipeline Generation of new and qualified Affiliates (Social Media Influencers & Creators);
Approve and Engage new affiliates, aiming for the highest number of Group Trip launches per Month/Quarter;
Support the Affiliates in their Promotional efforts through Jeff Walker’s Product Launch Formula, ensuring the highest possible fill rate for each Trip;
Build and nurture relationships with key accounts throughout their entire lifecycle (Acquisition, Activation & Retention) via Email, WhatsApp, and Video Calls;
Ensuring the data is up to date and accurate on the CRM
Ensure that all the sales enablement touchpoints are in place and aligned with our Positioning and our Affiliate’s Goals (Dashboard, Email Automation and newsletters, Decks, and Campaigns);
Requirements
At least three years of previous experience with Social Media Creators/Influencers
Ability to work independently, ensure business objectives are met, and be able to drive tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
Both a self-starter and a team player with great energy, drive, and creativity
Be curious, have a desire to learn, and master things by constantly experimenting
Spotless communication skills in the languages needed for the market you’ll be assisting (English)
Ability to present ideas concisely, with a creative and robust writing style
Ability to rely on data to enhance decision-making.
