Role Overview
- Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential hosts in priority markets and regions
- Prioritize hosts with strong potential for generating multiple trips, high demand, and long-term value
- Qualify leads based on structured criteria (infrastructure, capacity, experience quality, location, and scalability)
- Focus acquisition efforts on hosts aligned with Worldpackers’ ICP and growth strategy
- Manage the full acquisition funnel from prospecting to host approval
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM, ensuring visibility of pipeline health and progress
- Continuously optimize conversion across channels (outbound, referrals, inbound), identifying bottlenecks and improving performance
- Provide insights on market trends, host quality, and traveler demand to refine acquisition strategy
- Ensure only qualified, high-potential hosts are approved and passed forward
- Track and report acquisition performance, including CAC, activation rates, and host quality metrics
