Establish yourself as a knowledgeable, trusted, reliable partner for the team members of your client groups.
Partner with a member of the executive leadership team and employees on their team to achieve their People objectives.
Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks; help build and apply HR policies and manage global employee relations issues.
Requirements
Relevant BA/BS degree.
6+ years of experience as an HRBP/PBP within a growing engineering, tech, or cybersecurity organization.
Ability to synthesize complex situations into a digestible format for business leaders and their teams.
Experience supporting globally distributed organizations involving different languages, cultures, time zones.
Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align People initiatives with business objectives.
