Human Resources Business Partner

Role Overview

• Collaborate with other People Teams in the design and implementation of People programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Establish yourself as a knowledgeable, trusted, reliable partner for the team members of your client groups.
• Partner with a member of the executive leadership team and employees on their team to achieve their People objectives.
• Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks; help build and apply HR policies and manage global employee relations issues.

Requirements

• Relevant BA/BS degree.
• 6+ years of experience as an HRBP/PBP within a growing engineering, tech, or cybersecurity organization.
• Ability to synthesize complex situations into a digestible format for business leaders and their teams.
• Experience supporting globally distributed organizations involving different languages, cultures, time zones.
• Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align People initiatives with business objectives.
