Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks; help build and apply HR policies and manage global employee relations issues.

Promote Career Path development, Succession Planning and Spearhead other initiatives, some of which you will get to build from scratch.
Requirements
Relevant BA/BS degree.
6+ years of experience as an HRBP/PBP within a growing engineering, tech, or cybersecurity organization.
The ability to synthesize complex situations into a digestible format for business leaders and their teams.
Experience supporting globally distributed organizations involving different languages, cultures, time zones.
The unique ability to flourish, and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity.
The ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Reputation for integrity, confidentiality, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align People initiatives with business objectives, translating strategy into plans for execution.
Workday system experience, EOR knowledge and complex Employee data management preferred.
