Provide HR guidance and support the region on a range of people-related matters, from first line support to TUPE, redundancy and consultation processes
Support, coach and advise key stakeholders on all HR issues, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance improvement
Conduct regular and in-depth site HR reviews, identifying and driving any areas of improvement
Assist the sites in the development of our managerial colleagues in terms of their own understanding and ability to support their operations in ER cases
Requirements
A strong background in a similar HR position, preferably with exposure to an operational environment such as logistics, manufacturing or production
Excellent working knowledge of HR processes, procedures and employment law (if you have or are studying towards CIPD, this would be a bonus)
The flexibility and ability to travel throughout the Southeast as well as occasionally further afield for meetings and events
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
