Partner with HR Business Partner and business leaders to support organizational effectiveness
Collaborate with global HR teams (Reward, Talent, Learning, Comp&Ben..) to ensure alignment and best practices
Requirements
Fluent Spanish and Italian are required for this job
Bachelor’s degree and qualification in a related field (e.g. economics field, law, HR, ...)
Knowledge of labor law legislation in both Italy and Spain
Good knowledge of excel and word
Operating and reporting within an international HR organization, English working knowledge is also important.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage conflict and ambiguity, while effectively problem solving in difficult situations.
Credible negotiator and influencer with a high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate on complex, sensitive and contentious issues with all levels within the business in a professional and positive manner
Ability to manage complex workloads and work to conflicting deadlines
