Lead and manage a People & Culture team of six, providing clear priorities, insights, guidance, and support to ensure effective delivery across all people operations.
Ensure ongoing compliance with Swedish employment law, workplace regulations, and internal policies, proactively managing risks and best practices.
Align people and culture initiatives with business needs and studio objectives.
Oversee and approve salary processes in collaboration with an external payroll provider.
Support investor relations activities by providing administrative support and operational input when required.
Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, including insurance providers, benefits partners, and other service vendors.
Oversee facility management contracts and workplace-related services, ensuring a safe, well-functioning, and cost-effective office environment.
Actively participate in management team meetings, contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making.
Stay up to date with changes in employment law, regulations, and industry standards, translating them into practical policies and processes for the organization.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a senior People & Culture, HR Manager, or similar leadership role, with responsibility for both strategic and operational HR.
Strong working knowledge of Swedish employment law.
Proven experience managing and supporting a team.
High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
