HR Manager – Employee Relations, Policy Administration

Role Overview

• Oversee Employee Relations, Policy Management, and ADA compliance
• Support corporate and business functions
• Handle escalated concerns and resolve workplace issues
• Cultivate a positive work culture that supports employee satisfaction
• Contribute to the creation, execution, communication, and updates of company policies
• Ensure ADA compliance and support an inclusive environment
• Leverage data analytics and employee feedback to evaluate business needs
• Engage with other HR functions to implement HR initiatives
• Support deployment of organization-wide HR initiatives
• Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with bachelor's or equivalent
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, theories, and practices within the discipline
• Develops solutions for diverse situations and undertakes projects requiring evaluation and analysis
• Comfortable conducting training sessions virtually or in person
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
