Contribute to employee development initiatives, including competency building and team growth.
Support key employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
Advise team leads on people-related situations and best practices.
Help drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Contribute to recruitment efforts when needed, especially during peak periods.
Assist in organizing and coordinating company events.
Support HR projects and continuous improvement of people processes.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
Strong communication skills and willingness to work closely with people.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in HR.
Confidence in navigating complex or sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, or HiBob would be considered as a plus.
